Production Line
The gaiasense HUB by NEUROPUBLIC has a state-of-the-art and fully automated production line for electronic components, covering 320 square meters on the ground floor of the building. The facility is equipped with innovative automation capabilities and focuses on the manufacture of components for the agro-meteorological stations of the gaiasense smart farming system.

Electronics
manufacturing site
Consisting of 140 square meters, which house, in controlled and antistatic secure conditions, a fully automated production line of electronic circuit boards. The site features an extremely high layout capacity of 30,000 components per hour (CPH, optimum), as well as a state-of-the-art 3D automated visual inspection (AOI) system for electronic circuit boards, based on a 10 Megapixel camera, which can provide imaging in 12 different levels/planes with an accuracy of up to 0.015 mm.
Supporting the electronics-manufacturing site, there is a 180 square meter area, designed for engineering activities and the mechanical assembly of finished products. This area is supported by all the necessary power tools, air tools, ergonomic benches, as well as plenty of natural light, changing rooms and personal hygiene areas for the staff, to ensure the most efficient operation of production line.
